We love pets! However, for the safety of your pets and our staff, we request that pets be secured or in a designated area during the cleaning process. We understand that plans can change. Clients can reschedule or cancel their cleaning appointment with at least 48 hours' notice without any charge. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a fee. We strive for flexibility and will do our best to accommodate your needs.
